Job Description

The IT Staffing Business Development position requires someone who will be responsible for Business-to-Business (B2B) sales in the IT staffing space. Candidate will be building their own new desk and book of business with the flexibility to target and prospect a variety of companies and industries to generate new clients and doing new business development. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for potential new clients by leveraging your existing network. 

  • Generate new clients by marketing talented candidates, networking, cold calling, and consistently prospecting.

  • Ability to consistently generate new clients and job openings on a monthly basis.

  • Work to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients staffing requirements. 

  • Conduct daily outbound sales calls (cold and warm calling), schedule and hold sales appointments, create value centric sales pitches, negotiate and close deals/contracts.

  • Recruit and fill job orders generated from new business development activities.

  • Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.

  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B Sales / Knowledge of Technology sales, business development required within the IT or Technical Staffing Industry.

  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

  •  Excellent presentation, communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

  •  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
